Only Zendesk admins can activate the help center, so if you're a Guide admin without Support admin rights, you'll need assistance from a Zendesk admin.

To activate your help center, click the Zendesk Products icon in the top bar and select Guide. Look for a banner at the top of your help center indicating that it's not visible to end users. Follow the link to General settings, and then select Activate. Confirm your choice to make the help center accessible to end users. Once activated, users should be able to sign in without issues.
