You can view incidents in Zendesk Support using the Atlassian Statuspage top bar app.

Once installed, an app icon will appear in the upper-right of your Support workspace. If there are active incidents or scheduled maintenance, a badge will display the number of incidents. Click on the app icon to see the list of incident and maintenance reports. Double-click on any report to view more details.
