You can easily view your Help Center activity in Zendesk by accessing your Support user profile. This includes all your articles, posts, comments, votes, and subscriptions.
To do this, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of Guide or Support, then select 'View profile'. If you want to view another user's activity, search for the user in Support and open their profile. Once in the profile, click 'Help Center' under the user name and select the type of activity you want to view from the drop-down menu. For agents, 'Articles' is selected by default, while for end-users, 'Article comments' is the default selection. Click on any entry to view it in the Help Center.
