How can I view my assigned, requested, and CC'd tickets in Zendesk?

You can easily view your assigned, requested, and CC'd tickets in your Zendesk profile. To do this, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header and select 'View profile'. Once in your profile, click 'Tickets' under your name. From there, you can use the drop-down menu to select the type of tickets you want to view. For agents, 'Assigned tickets' is selected by default, while for end users, 'Requested tickets' is the default.

If you want to view another user's tickets, search for the user and open their profile instead of your own. Hover over a ticket to see more details or click on it to open it. This feature allows you to keep track of your ticket activity efficiently. For more details, check out theoriginal Zendesk help article.
