To edit the email footer in Zendesk, remove the{{footer}}
and{{footer_link}}
placeholders.
The{{footer}}
placeholder generates the line 'This email is a service from [Your Zendesk name]', and{{footer_link}}
generates 'Delivered by Zendesk'. Deleting these from your email template will remove the default footer text. However, note that{{footer}}
also displays ticket properties in emails sent to agents, but not to end users.
