Remove 'Delivered by Zendesk' from Emails
How can I remove 'Delivered by Zendesk' from my emails?
You can remove 'Delivered by Zendesk' from your emails by editing the email template in Zendesk.
To do this, go to the Admin Center, click on Channels in the sidebar, and select Talk and email > Email. In the Email templates section, modify the HTML template by deleting the placeholder{{footer_link}}to remove 'Delivered by Zendesk'. You can also delete{{footer}}to remove 'This email is a service from [Your Zendesk name]'. Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page.
