You can install Zendesk Chat on Google Sites, but the widget's position will differ slightly from other sites. To add the widget, log into your Google Site in Edit mode, select 'Insert' > 'More Gadgets', and then 'Add gadget by URL'. Enter the URL: http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/103531553223865859694/zopim-livechat.xml. Under 'Set up your gadget', input your Zendesk Chat key, language, and colors, then click 'OK'.
