You can easily change your name in Zendesk Support at any time. To do this, click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header and select 'View profile'. Once on your profile page, click on your name to make it editable, enter your new name, and your profile will automatically save as you type. You can then navigate away from the page when you're done.
