To hide your phone number in the Zendesk Web Widget (Classic), you have two options.
If you want to keep the option for customers to request a callback, navigate to Admin Center, go to Talk settings, select the Widget tab, and under Contact options, choose 'Request a callback'. This will hide your number but still allow customers to request a callback.
Alternatively, if you don't want to direct customers to the Talk channel at all, you can disable Talk for your widget. Go to Admin Center, access the Web Widget page, select the Customization tab, and toggle the Talk slider to the off position.
