To add suggested people as leads or contacts in Zendesk Sell, navigate to the Communications Center and select the Suggested people tab. Here, you'll find email addresses from senders associated with your synced email account that aren't yet registered as leads or contacts. Simply select the checkbox next to the email message of the person you want to add, and click 'Add as lead' or 'Add as contact'.
This feature allows you to easily manage potential leads or contacts directly from your email interactions. Remember, only the user who owns the synced email account can see these suggested people.
