How do I access archived Scorecards in Zendesk?

Accessing archived Scorecards in Zendesk is straightforward. You can find them in the 'Archived' section of the Scorecard settings.

To do this, click the side panel and then the Settings icon. Toggle the sidebar icon and select 'Users & Workspaces'. Choose the Workspace associated with the Scorecard, then click 'Scorecard' from the dropdown menu. Select 'Archived' to view the list of archived Scorecards. To unarchive a Scorecard, click the three horizontal lines next to it and select 'Unarchive'. Once unarchived, the Scorecard will appear in the active Scorecard list.
