Can Scorecards be copied to other Workspaces in Zendesk?
Yes, Scorecards can be copied to other Workspaces in Zendesk. However, this process requires assistance from Zendesk Customer Support, as it cannot be done directly through the app. When a Scorecard is copied, the entire Scorecard is transferred, and any existing Scorecard in the destination Workspace will be replaced. The original rating categories that are overwritten will be archived.
To access archived Scorecards, navigate to the side panel, click the Settings icon, and then toggle the sidebar icon. Select 'Users & Workspaces' and choose the relevant Workspace. From the dropdown, select 'Scorecard' and then 'Archived'. You can find the archived Scorecard, click the three horizontal lines, and select 'Unarchive' to make it active again.
