The Zendesk Support for HubSpot integration allows HubSpot users to view Zendesk ticket events and chat transcripts in the contact timeline. This integration is available to all HubSpot subscriptions.
With this integration, you can see new tickets, solved tickets, and solved tickets with CSAT ratings directly in the timeline section of a customer's profile page in HubSpot.
