Zendesk has had several legacy Talk plans that were available before the current offerings. These include plans available between September 6th, 2017, and February 1st, 2021, as well as those prior to September 6th, 2017. Legacy plans include Lite, Team, Professional, Enterprise, and Partner Edition, each with varying features and pricing.
If you were subscribed to a plan before September 6th, 2017, you will remain on that plan unless you choose to upgrade. For those using the CTI API since October 26, 2016, or earlier, you can be grandfathered into the new Partner Edition plan. For more details on these legacy plans, refer to the Zendesk documentation.
