Why am I not receiving LINE messages in Zendesk?

If you're not receiving LINE messages in Zendesk, it might be due to incorrect settings in the LINE Official Account Manager.

Ensure that the Response mode is set to Bot mode under Response settings > Main settings. If it's set to Chat mode, it will automatically disable the Webhook in the LINE Developer Center, causing message reception issues.
