You can easily set up a notification to alert you when a recipient opens an email you've sent from Zendesk Sell.
To do this, go to Settings, then select Manage > Notifications. Under the Personalized Notifications tab, click the Add Notification button. Choose whether you want notifications for Leads, Contacts, or Deals, and add a filter to have yourself as a Collaborator/Owner. Save your settings and add a trigger for 'your email was first viewed'. Finally, select your preferred notification method—Web alert, Email, or Mobile alert—and activate it. This notification will alert you only the first time the email is opened.
