You can easily save a copy of your Zendesk tickets as a PDF. To do this, sign into the Zendesk help center and navigate to the My Requests section to view your historical tickets. Click on the ticket you want to export, then use your internet browser's file menu to choose Print. From there, you can save or export the page as a PDF document. Repeat these steps for any additional tickets you wish to save.
