Unfortunately, you cannot reorder your brands on the Zendesk Brands page. Brands appear in alphabetical order, with the exception of the default brand, which always appears last. This order is fixed and cannot be changed manually.
If you downgrade to a single-brand plan, the default brand is retained unless the agent brand differs from it. In such cases, the agent brand is retained instead. This ensures that your primary brand remains active even after downgrading.
