What happens if a report in my dashboard takes too long to execute?

If a report in your dashboard takes more than 8 minutes to execute, it can cause the entire scheduled delivery to fail. Zendesk Explore will try to execute the report a second time.

If the report fails again on the second attempt, a timeout notification email is sent to the owner of the schedule. This is to inform you that the delivery could not be completed due to the execution time exceeding the limit. To avoid this, consider simplifying your reports or reducing the data complexity.
