Zendesk now supports multiple SAML and JWT SSO configurations, offering greater flexibility for user authentication.

What changes have been made to SSO configurations in Zendesk?

Zendesk now allows up to two active SAML and two active JSON Web Token (JWT) SSO configurations. Previously, only one configuration was permitted for team members and end users.

This update provides more flexibility, enabling you to create two SAML configurations or two JWT configurations for both groups, or a different configuration for each group. For more details, see theZendesk SSO configurations guide.
