Zendesk's Agent Home is getting some exciting new capabilities that were previously only available in the legacy agent dashboard. These include the ability to drill into satisfaction-rated tickets to review customer feedback, view satisfaction statistics for yourself and your team, see the number of tickets assigned to your groups, and review tickets assigned to your groups to identify unassigned ones. With these updates, metrics will be clickable links that take you to a Search page, allowing you to refine your query using Zendesk’s search operators for a more detailed view.
