Only American and Canadian numbers can receive MMS in Zendesk Text. If you're using Zendesk Text, you can receive inbound MMS messages, but this feature is limited to American and Canadian phone numbers. This means if your number is from another country, you won't be able to receive MMS messages through Zendesk Text.
