Can I send and receive MMS messages with Zendesk Text?
You can receive MMS messages with Zendesk Text, but not send them. Zendesk Text supports receiving inbound MMS messages on American and Canadian numbers. However, it does not support sending outbound MMS messages. As a workaround, you can send SMS messages with a URL to an internet-hosted image.
