How to activate your Zendesk community

How do I activate my Zendesk community?

Activating your Zendesk community makes it visible to end users in your help center. To activate, go to Guide, click the Settings icon, select Gather settings, and then choose Activate community. Don't forget to click Save.

Once activated, your community is live, but you can disable it anytime by deselecting the Activate community checkbox. If your help center was in setup mode, ensure you activate the help center itself when ready to go live.
