You can easily find all articles where a user segment is applied directly from the user segment in Zendesk.
To do this, click the User permissions icon in the Guide sidebar. Then, click on any user segment to open it. Alternatively, you can click the options menu at the end of the user segment and select Edit, although built-in user segments cannot be edited.
