What steps are involved in viewing a user segment in Zendesk?

Viewing a user segment in Zendesk involves a few simple steps to see where it is applied.

First, navigate to the Guide and click the User permissions icon in the sidebar. From there, you can click on any user segment to open it. If you need to, you can also access the options menu at the end of the user segment and select Edit, though note that built-in segments cannot be edited. Once inside the user segment, you can click on View articles that are only visible to this segment to see the list of articles associated with it.
