How do I enrich an existing lead or contact in Zendesk Sell?

To enrich an existing lead or contact in Zendesk Sell, start by selecting the lead or contact you want to enrich. Click on 'Edit' in the sidebar under Leads or Contacts. The Sales Engagement Tools (Reach) will search for a match and suggest information on the right side of the Edit screen.

You can then click 'Enrich' to use an enrichment credit if you have the necessary information, like an email address for a person or a company name and website for a company. Remember, you are charged a credit whether you save the information or not.
