Bulk enriching leads or contacts in Zendesk Sell is a great way to update multiple entries at once. You can select up to 1,000 people or companies to enrich at a time. Start by clicking on Leads or Contacts in the sidebar, then choose a lead or contact smart list from the Working Center menu.

Select the leads or contacts you want to enrich, ensuring you have an email address or website recorded for each. Click 'Enrich' to see how many are ready for enrichment and how many credits will be used. You'll be notified when the data is imported into Sell, and credits are only charged if new data is found.
