If you're unable to enable or disable an agent on your chat-only account, it might be because the option is greyed out in the Chat dashboard.
To resolve this, you need to access the agent's profile through the Chat dashboard. Navigate toSettings > Agents, select the agent, and openEdit profile. UnderProducts and roles, you can tick or untick the box to enable or disable the agent's profile. Don't forget to save your changes! You can also change the agent's role here if needed.
