You can easily disable article suggestions in Zendesk's bot builder by adjusting the settings. To do this, navigate to the Admin Center, then go to Channels > Bots and automation > Bots. Click on Manage bots, hover over the bot you want to edit, and click Edit. In the Behaviour tab, scroll down to the section 'If there's no relevant answer' and unselect 'Recommend help center articles'.
