The type of Zendesk widget your account uses depends on your subscription's products, plan levels, and age. If you have a Suite plan or at least Support + Chat on a Team plan or higher, you can use the Web Widget or the Web Widget (Classic). If you only have Support or Support + Chat on a Lite plan, you will use the Web Widget (Classic). For Chat-only subscriptions, the Chat-only Web Widget (Classic) is used.
