Deleting or deactivating an answer in a Zendesk bot is simple and can be done through the Admin Center.

To delete or deactivate an answer, click on Channels in the sidebar, then select Bots and automations > Bots. Click on Manage bots and choose the bot you want to edit. Locate the answer you wish to remove, click the Row actions icon, and select either Delete or Make inactive. Deleting will remove the answer permanently, while making it inactive will retain it for future use. Confirm your choice and publish the bot to apply the changes.
