Customizing the widget layout in Zendesk Sell allows you to control the information displayed in the widget panel on the right of a details card. This can include appointments, documents, or apps associated with the record type.
To customize your widget layout, go to the Sell sidebar, click the Settings icon, and navigate to Customize > Layouts. Select the tab for the record type you want to customize (Leads, People, Companies, or Deals) and click Edit on the widgets panel. You can move widgets by dragging and dropping them, hide widgets by dragging them to the hidden widgets panel, or remove them by clicking the X. Remember to click Save to apply your changes.
