Creating an appointment in the Zendesk Sell mobile app is simple and can be done in a few different ways. You can create an appointment from the Leads, Contacts, or Deals cards, the Today tab, or directly from your Sell calendar.
To create an appointment from a lead, contact, or deal, click on the desired card, then click the Add icon (+) in the top right of the calendar and select Add Appointment. Fill in the appointment details and click Add More Details if you want to include a description, alert, location, or attendees. If you add a location, you can get directions using Google Maps within the app. Remember to select the checkbox for sending invitations to meeting attendees and click Save and Send Invites to notify them.
