How do I change my Zendesk billing cycle?

Changing your Zendesk billing cycle can be done if you have a self-service account. You can choose between monthly or annual payments, with discounts available for annual payments.

To change your billing cycle, go to Admin Center > Account > Billing > Subscription, and click 'Manage'. In the Summary pane, select either 'Monthly' or 'Annual' from the Billing cycle toggle. Note that changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
