How can I cancel individual products from my Zendesk subscription?

To cancel individual products from your Zendesk subscription, you need to be the account owner with a self-service account. Start by navigating to the Admin Center, then click on Account in the sidebar and select Billing > Subscription. From there, you can manage your subscription by clicking on Manage, and then Remove products or cancel account at the bottom of the page. For legacy accounts, you can directly click on Cancellations at the bottom of the Subscription page. Select the products you wish to cancel, and confirm your cancellation.
