Widgets are the building blocks of Zendesk WFM dashboards, allowing you to display chosen metrics in various layouts. To add a widget, click 'Add your first widget' for new dashboards or the Customize dashboard icon for existing ones, then click the '+' sign.

In the Add widget dialog, select a metric, choose a workstream, and pick a layout. If using goal layouts, enter the goal values. Click 'Add' to include the widget, and rearrange them as needed by dragging. Each dashboard can have up to 12 widgets, so choose wisely!
