How can I add Zendesk Chat to my BigCommerce site using apps?
Adding Zendesk Chat to your BigCommerce site using apps is straightforward.
Log into your BigCommerce Control Panel and select Apps > LiveChat. In the General Settings, check the Other Third Party Live Chat Service box. Then, click Save. Next, click Other Third Party Live Chat Service and paste your live chat script in the Live Chat Code field. Don't forget to click Save again to finalize the setup.
