Why doesn't the updated_at attribute reflect my last update in Zendesk Sell?

Theupdated_atattribute in Zendesk Sell doesn't always reflect the last update you made to a user profile. This is because certain changes made by an admin from specific profile pages do not update this attribute.

For instance, if you make changes from the following paths, theupdated_atattribute won't be updated:

  • In Sell, navigate to Settings > Manage > Users, then click the agent's name to open and edit their profile.
  • In Admin Center, go to People > Team members, then click the agent's name and select Edit user > Edit Profile.
