Previously, tapping the button would take you to the chat screen, requiring an additional tap on 'Join chat' to start the conversation. As of version 1.1.2, the button now says 'Serve request' and directly joins the chat, bringing up the keyboard immediately. This change reduces the number of taps needed to begin chatting with a visitor.
