How can I view Shopify orders in Zendesk Support and Chat?
You can easily view Shopify orders directly within Zendesk Support and Chat. Simply click on the app sidebar to access the Shopify app, which will display a summary of orders by order number.
To see more details, click the accordion next to the order number. This will show you information such as order date, value, customer notes, payment status, fulfillment status, and shipment tracking numbers.
