Refunding a Shopify order in Zendesk Support is straightforward. You can refund both unfulfilled and fulfilled orders directly from the Shopify app in the Support ticket editor.
To refund an order, click on 'Apps' in the upper-right corner to display the Shopify app. Select the order you wish to refund and click 'View order'. In the order payment details, click 'Refund order' and configure the refund details for either a full or partial refund. Once you've reviewed the refund, click 'Confirm refund' to send the details to Shopify. A 'shopify_refund' tag will be added to the ticket for tracking purposes.
