How do I use communication history in Zendesk Sell?

Communication history in Zendesk Sell helps you keep track of interactions with leads, contacts, or deals.

To view your communication history, click on Messages and then the Communication tab. This will show you all emails sent or received as part of the activity feed for that individual. You can also see how many times an email has been viewed or links clicked using the Eye and Link icons respectively.
