  1. In Guide admin, click the Settings icon in the sidebar.
  2. Under Security, select 'Require sign in' to restrict access to signed-in users.
  3. (Optional) To restrict visibility to a specific user segment, select 'Limit to user segment' and choose the desired segment from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click 'Update' to save your changes.

Keep in mind that view restrictions do not apply to Guide admins, who can access all help center content regardless of permissions.
