Adding a section in Zendesk requires you to have at least one category to act as its parent container. Sections contain related articles and can be nested within categories.
To add a section, go to your help center or Guide Admin, click 'Add' in the top menu bar, and select 'Section'. Enter a name and optional description for your section. Choose the correct source language if you support multiple languages. Decide how you'd like articles to appear in this section under 'Order articles by'. Select where you'd like this section to appear in your help center under 'Hierarchy'. On Enterprise plans, you can nest sections within sections. Click 'Add' to create the section.
