Setting up an automatic call list in Zendesk Sell Voice is straightforward. You can automate your call list to dial one call after the other.
To set up your call list, navigate to the Leads, Contacts, or Deals page on the Sell sidebar. Select the records you want to call by checking the boxes in the first column. Then, click the phone icon at the top of the page to generate your list. Once your list is ready, click 'Start' at the bottom of the page to begin dialing. You'll have options like a countdown timer, a 'Call now' button, a notepad icon for reviewing call scripts, and a 'Pause' button to pause the dialer if needed.
