To set sales performance goals in Zendesk Sell, you need to define targets for Sales Revenue and Won Deals. Admins can set goals for everyone, while non-admins can set goals for themselves and their subordinates.
To enable these goals, click the Settings icon, navigate to Manage > Sales Goals, and click Enable for both Sales Revenue and Won Deals. You can then define specific goals for each user and filter the list of users. Remember, changes are saved automatically. By default, the resolution period is monthly, but you can change it by clicking Change Period. Note that changing the period resets the goal data.
