Currently, Zendesk Explore only allows scheduling data refreshes at 30-minute intervals.
Unfortunately, there isn't an option to set 15-minute intervals at this time. The scheduled time is when the dashboard's reports are calculated, and the actual delivery might occur shortly after. For more precise scheduling options, consider providing feedback to Zendesk's Product Managers.
