How can I save a draft of my QA review in Zendesk?
You can save a draft of your QA review in Zendesk by simply closing the conversation before submitting the review. This action automatically saves your draft, allowing you to return to it later. To access your saved drafts, navigate to the Conversations view and select Drafts. Keep in mind that drafts are automatically removed after 30 days, so be sure to complete your review within that timeframe.
