What happens when I run out of Answer Bot resolutions?

When you run out of Answer Bot resolutions, the bot stops suggesting articles. If you exhaust your allotted resolutions in a billing cycle, the Answer Bot will not suggest any articles in trigger notifications, although the trigger itself will still fire as usual. In the Web Widget, users will not see articles from the bot but will experience the standard Web Widget interface.
